HOWEVER, I only paid $72 inc. WSST and shipping SO how you complain with that value???
This is a basic office chair - that does do what it advertises. The color is not quite as bright/bold as in the picture - more muted and slightly browner. The chair is VERY easy to assemble - even for a moron such as myself - it took me a bit to figure out how to get the plastic backing piece to work - but I was able with a little thought on second effort. The basic vacumn system works fine and holds fine (unlike my $7 office chair from St Vinney's which always lost vacumn power and the reason I bought this). The form cushion looks pretty good but it does not hold my skinny butt overmuch. We let the chair air out a couple days before bringing in the house (the last office chair (different mfr) smelled like it was dyed in something toxic and the smell never went away).
