we have pleased to offer you to Mid Back Executive Leather Chair with Deluxe Locking Mid Pivot Knee Tilt and Mahogany Finish Reviews
Very disappointed purchase, December 14, 2011 By Traci Manichewitz "Trace" (Atlanta, GA USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Mid Back Executive Leather Chair with Deluxe Locking Mid Pivot Knee Tilt and Mahogany Finish (Kitchen) I am rarely disappointed in my purchases from Amazon, but this one was a mistake! First, don't purchase an office chair unless you can actually sit in it. That was my bad! My problem with this chair was the quality. If the non-padded portion of the arms or the base and legs came in contact with anything, the wood finish would chip off! After about a week of having the chair, you would have thought I had played bumper cars with it! Sometimes I would bump the arm on the desk when I turned in the chair or my feet would brush up against a leg when I shifted position and part of the wood finish would be gone.
While the seat was comfortable, the back had very poor lumbar support. I ended up going to a retail office supply store and trying out a Tempurpedic Executive chair. I didn't think I'd like the style, but I actually sat in it and fell in love. Lesson learned!
