I had some issues with missing parts with this chair but the seller did everything, literally everything he could to help me. I'm totally impressed by his professionalism and dedication for customer service. The chair is quite nice too, I like orange and this was the best orange colored chair I could find online. Very comfortable, mesh back is fantastic, and moves smothly--almost like flying. I'd do business again with him.
