Cheap, Flimsy and Way, Way over priced, January 2, 2012 This review is from: Thatsit Balans w/ back by Varier (Office Product) I have bought, put together, and modified many office and ergonomic chairs. Got this directly from the distributor. Quality control was terrible: missing parts, impression in the seat, dangling cloth, could not be assembled without forcing due to misalignment, incomplete instructions on photocopied paper. However, their marketing brochure was very fancy and glossy. The rocking idea is good, but it did not feel stable for my 135 lbs. There is only about $50-75 worth of parts, the rest is marketing and markup. The one without the full back rest and adjustable knee pads is $395 (this version has about another $5-10 worth of parts) yet they charge another $700. Unbelievable!! Then, they (not this vendor, but the main company) gave me a hard time about a return and wanted a restocking fee. A lot of furniture and bedding available online is like this.
