Not a big deal really, but icing on the cake. The chair is just kinda cheap in its construction. I know it wont last me 6 months.
Chair lasted 3 days, January 23, 2012 This review is from: Comfort Products Sojourner Leather Office Chair (Office Product) We needed a chair for a desk at the house and we picked this one.
It came promptly to the house and assembly was straight-forward.
But, there is a design flaw in the chair. The base which holds
the casters is plastic, so any stress on the caster will crack
the base and the wheels literally come off!
The chair lasted 3 days and is now currently sitting upside down
on the floor (as a warning to others not to sit in it) while I
try to contact the company for a replacement part. But, when you
call the main number, it refers you to their website. Go to the
website and fill it out, and you never hear from them. Have filled
out the form twice and am still waiting for a response. Meanwhile,
the chair has spent more time upside down than right-side up.
Don't buy this chair (or even other products from this company)
unless you like a piece of modern art in the middle of your room!!
